Visbella Epoxy Putty

Visbella® Epoxy Putty is a hand-mixable and fast-setting two-part adhesive consisting of an epoxy resin putty and a hardener putty perfect for small or emergency repairs. Ideal for sealing pipes, fixing leaks in tanks and drains, and repairing appliances, tools, furniture, toys, automotive parts, pools and cracks in concrete, this versatile putty bonds to metal, masonry, brick, wood, glass, ceramic, rubber, fiberglass composite, china, stone, marble and many rigid plastics. This two-part adhesive putty combines to produce a hard, tough, permanent and waterproof bond and seal that is potable water safe. Quick and easy to use, the modeling clay consistency allows it to be shaped and formed as desired before curing begins.

How to use

Application:

• It mainly used in Metal materials and nonmetallic materials, such as plastics, leather, pottery and porcelain, glass, jewelry and wood, etc. After it is solidifying, it will have a fine performance of waterproof, oil proof and chemicals resistance. It is widely used in industrial manufacturing, assembling, repairing as well as mending of household electrical appliance and daily articles.

• Polishing or other further procedures should be processed after curing enough. In order to avoid other chemical reactions, any chemical protection before mending or used with non-epoxy adhesive is prohibited.

 

Steps:

Surface to be repaired must be clean, dry and free of oil, grease and wax.

Remove cap and puncture seal of both resin and hardener.

Squeeze equal amounts from both tubes. Mix thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved. Must be used within 4 minutes.

Apply a thin coat to both surfaces.

Mixture will become warm while it sets. No clamping necessary -only slight pressure while material sets. Recommended for applications about 50°F(10℃)
