Visbella® Epoxy Putty is an hand-mixable and fast-setting two part adhesive which are mixed by kneading. It is widely used in daily repair, machinery, equipment and can bond, fill and rebuild with excellent bond strength. It does not shrink and is resistant to most common solvents. This putty can also sanded, drilled and painted.
Application
Application:
• It mainly used in Metal materials and nonmetallic materials, such as plastics, leather, pottery and porcelain, glass, jewelry and wood, etc. After it is solidifying, it will have a fine performance of waterproof, oil proof and chemicals resistance. It is widely used in industrial manufacturing, assembling, repairing as well as mending of household electrical appliance and daily articles.
• Polishing or other further procedures should be processed after curing enough. In order to avoid other chemical reactions, any chemical protection before mending or used with non-epoxy adhesive is prohibited.
How To Use
Steps:
1. Surface to be repaired must be clean, dry and free of oil, grease and wax.
2. Remove cap and puncture seal of both resin and hardener.
3. Squeeze equal amounts from both tubes. Mix thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved. Must be used within 4 minutes.
4. Apply a thin coat to both surfaces.
5. Mixture will become warm while it sets. No clamping necessary -only slight pressure while material sets. Recommended for applications about 50°F(10ºC)

NOTE
• Surface to be repair must be roughen, clean ,dry, free of oil, grease and wax.
• It is recommended to be used in a well ventilated place.
• Summer high temperature application period will be shortened.
• Clean all tools and equipment with organic solvents such as alcohol after daily work.
• When the operation is not used, please immediately seal the lid, so as not to damp.
Warning:
• Not recommended for polyethylene, polypropylene, non-stick coatings, nylon product, flexible materials.
• Do not use for structural applications, large and deep holes and repairs subject to movement.
• Harmful if swallowed. If ingested, do not induce vomiting and seek medical attention immediately.
• Skin and eye irritant. Wash affected skin with soap and water. For eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, call a physician.
