Dent repair kit is used to remove small dents and dings from car door, coffer, roof, without damage to the car paint. It can be used after small collisions or hailing, all over the car body surface, except for borders and angles.

HOW TO USE

1. Insert glue stick into glue gun, plug in the glue gun and let it warm up for 10-15 minutes before use.
2. Using clean cloth to clean dent area, then apply heated glue from glue gun to the center of the glue. Select one of the puller tab according to the dent to be treated, and stick it to the glue.
Attention: Puller tab must smaller than dent area and similar in shape. Keep the puller tab hold firmly for 10 seconds. Do not push excessively the puller tab against the dent!
3. Place puller bridge stand over the puller tab, setting adjusters to desired length. Screw the knob nut slowly, and continue to rotate until dent is raised. Stop when dent returns to normal surface level of the car body.
4. Unthread Knob nut and remove puller bridge stand and puller tab from treated surface.
Use the release agent in endowment to remove the dried glue from the surface. Then use the plastic scraper to peel off softened glue patch.
5. If a too high glue spot has been created, use a rubber hammer and lightly tap the Leveling pen against raised spot to remove. If the dent surface is big, repeat above step.
 

 

NOTE

1. Do not use on vehicles previously re-painted or plastered.
2. If the operating ambient temperature is lower than 5ºC (41ºF), use hair dryer blow puller tab and dent area before repairing (not less than 1 minute). This helps to strengthen the bond strength.
3. If the operating ambient temperature is higher than 30ºC (86ºF), use cold water spray on the dent area to cooling before repairing . This helps to strengthen the bond strength

STORAGE

Products shall be ideally stored in a cool, dry location in un-opened containers at a temperature between 5 to 25 degree, avoid sunlight.
