Visbella RTV Silicone Grey

Visbella® High Temperature RTV Silicone is designed for automobile production of bonding and sealing.  It is a one component RTV silicone sealant,  forms to any size or shape gasket.  It is resistant to both temperature and migration caused by thermal cycling. Can withstand temperature from -80°F up to 600°F(315°C). Ideal fro timing covers, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, cylinder heads, carburetors and more.  It cures completely without excitant odor release.  Acid&Neutral solidified into elastic rubber strip. Dries securely as a gasket.

How to use

1. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil and grease.

2. Pierce seal at the end of the metal tube using the top of the cap.

3. Screw on applicator size nozzle and cut to desire bead size. 

4. Apply an even bead of silicone around perimeter of surface. 

5. Assemble parts once silicone has skinned. Skinning should take about 8-12 minutes.

6. Remove any excess silicone. 

7. The silicone will dry in 1 hour and cure completely in 18-24hours.
